“Read to
Succeed” Reading Incentive Program
On October 10th NEMS kicked off our
“Read to Succeed” Reading Incentive Program and just recently announced our
first three winners who received a $25 gift card! Please be sure your child
submits their signed reading log to their homeroom teacher on the due date
indicated on the form.

Yearbook Orders
The
2012 yearbook for NEMS is on-sale now at
jostensyearbooks.com. Don't miss the chance to purchase your child's
memories for this year. The book is $30 and can be paid for by credit card
on-line OR by check or cash if you bring an envelope with payment and your
child's name, grade and homeroom to the main office.

Incentive Gift Auction
Research has shown a direct correlation

comprehension, higher standardized test scores, greater global awareness and
